The multi-roaster coffee shop concept isn’t anything new. With more and more roasters starting up every year, it’s always interesting to see that new name on the shelf walking in to your local spot.
Although real common with cafes and coffee shops, it isn’t so common with roasters. For us, it’s a matter of collaboration, and scoping out good people doing great things. And keeping tabs with fellow specialty roasters is part of that.
As of this summer, we’re happy to introduce our guest roaster program. Each month we’ll feature a a fellow roaster that we respect. They might be new, they may be OG, but we’ll be featuring them on the brew bar, and also have bags on the shelf.
