We’re happy to invite 2 close friends and professionals for the first edition. Daniel Muñoz and Jian Hui Cheng. Daniel with an affinity and endless creativity in all things desserts and pastry, including his love for his focused chocolate project, Toña chocolates. And Jian with a not so typical, thoughtful but surprising asian touch with everything he touches, with a somehow refined but approachable view on food.
